How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Ayope account and associated eligible data, email support@ayope.in from your registered email address with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Verification

We may verify your registered mobile number, email address, recent account activity, or business details before acting on the request to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

What Is Deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible profile, login, support, and app account data associated with the account where operationally possible.

Records We May Retain

Recharge, bill payment, wallet, ledger, settlement, audit, fraud-prevention, tax, compliance, and dispute records may be retained where required for legitimate business, regulatory, accounting, security, or legal reasons.

Expected Timeline

Deletion requests are reviewed as quickly as practical after successful verification. We will inform you if additional steps or retention obligations apply to your account.
