Use of Services
Infosoft Private Limited provides digital recharge, bill payment, wallet, reporting, and related business payment services. Users must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, API tokens, OTPs, and callback settings. Any activity performed through a verified account may be treated as authorized by that account holder.
Transactions
Recharge and bill payment requests are processed through third-party providers and billers. Transaction status may depend on operator, biller, bank, or payment gateway response. Users must verify customer details before submitting a request.
Wallet and Pricing
Wallet debits, credits, commissions, surcharges, and charges are shown in the user ledger. Charges may vary by service, operator, amount range, provider route, or commercial agreement.
Restricted Use
The platform must not be used for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, abusive API traffic, or any activity prohibited by applicable law, payment network rules, telecom rules, or biller guidelines.
Service Availability
Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, network issues, provider downtime, operator downtime, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to restore services quickly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infosoft Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, delayed operator responses, or user-entered incorrect transaction details.
