Infosoft Private Limited provides digital services only. No physical product is shipped. Recharge, bill payment, wallet, report, and API services are delivered electronically through the platform.

Delivery Time

Most successful transactions are delivered instantly or within a few minutes. Some transactions may remain pending depending on operator, biller, bank, or provider confirmation.

Service Confirmation

Users can view transaction status, operator reference details, wallet ledger entries, and reports in their login panel. API users may also receive callback updates where configured.

Incorrect Details

If incorrect customer, biller, or operator details are entered, delivery may go to the wrong account or fail. Users must verify all details before submission.
